Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping

We offer 3-5 days dispatch on all orders. Orders may be dispatched in parts based on availability if you have ordered multiple items but please be rest assured that we'll do our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible without too much delays. Where necessary, we may contact you to inform you of the situation should your order take particularly longer than usual to process and dispatch.

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

All items from 808 Fashion London are designed and created in-house and we take pride in ensuring that each item is equally loved from start to finish and as such our mission is that you love your purchase as much as we love making them but in rare cases that you are unhappy with your item, you have 14 days (excluding sale items) from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchase back to us provided that the following conditions are met:

- item/s must not be worn

- item/s must be fragrance-free

- item/s must be unmarked and must be in their original tags and packaging and in a resaleable condition

Please contact us on info@808fashion.com and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Please note that 808 Fashion London does NOT cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. Unfortunately 808 Fashion London does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the rights to refuse any returns that do not meet the requirements stated above.

 

 Wrong, Faulty or Damaged items

In the unlikely event that your item was received damaged or faulty please email us at info@808fashion.com within 14 days of receiving your order specifying the following:

- the original email/name you used when purchasing the item,

- your order reference number

- the size of the damaged item (if you have purchased same item in several sizes)

- a detailed description of the “fault” or “damage” to the item including clear photos.

- Perfumes and beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and are sold as seen on the website. 

Once the above is received, we will advise you on how to proceed.

 

Product Care

Please follow the care instructions on the label/website to ensure that your item withstand regular wear and tear for longer. 808 Fashion London accepts no responsibility for poor quality of our items as a result of misuse. As a general rule, ALL garments should be washed inside out and embellished or printed areas should NOT be ironed or steamed. A large number of our items are made with delicate materials and as such care instructions should be adhered to at all times.
